If you're not satisfied with the Master Artisan Cheese app or any add-on guide for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to support@artisancheese.online.
  2. Use the subject line: Refund request.
  3. Include the email address used at checkout and your order date.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window we are unable to issue refunds, since the digital content has been delivered and is yours to keep.
