1. Agreement
By purchasing or using the Master Artisan Cheese app and any related content offered at artisancheese.online, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The service
Master Artisan Cheese is a digital product: a web app with recipes, guides and educational material about artisan cheesemaking. Access is granted on a lifetime basis to the buyer of the main product, with optional add-on guides available through our upsell flow.
3. Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe in EUR. The €5 main product is a one-time payment. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge for the selected items. On the upsell page, selected add-on items will be charged to the payment method used for your main purchase via secure one-click checkout.
4. License
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell or republish the recipes, photos or videos.
5. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund.
6. Disclaimer
Recipes are provided for educational and personal use. You are responsible for following safe food handling practices in your own kitchen. We make no medical or dietary claims.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Artisan Cheese is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or recipes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
